NTP Wireless is committed to giving back to the community. Our philanthropic initiatives work to strengthen communities and better peoples’ lives. We support organizations that dedicate at least 85% of funds directly to program objectives.
Every year there is one story that our employees and firm is compelled to share. Given the “dog-friendly” environment at NTP Wireless, this year’s story particularly hit home.
Abandoned as a puppy, Doc is a 1-year old German Shepherd who was found in dire conditions. Having been hit by a car and attacked by a coyote, Doc was suffering from major injuries when Good Samaritans took him to the Chicago Canine Rescue for treatment. His injuries required emergency surgery resulting in the amputation of his front left leg.
An NTP Wireless employee, intimately involved with the Chicago Canine Rescue, informed management of Doc’s health crisis. NTP Wireless immediately contacted the shelter and committed to help covering the costs for the surgery and rehabilitation to help Doc fully recover.
