Adam Kauffman
Co-founder and Managing Director
Adam Kauffman brings extensive site acquisition and project management experience across a variety of technologies and markets. Since co-founding NTP Wireless in 2007, Adam has overseen the delivery of over 1,400 sites nationwide. As Managing Director of NTP Wireless, Adam heads overall site acquisition and project management.
Adam's wireless career started on Voicestream's Chicago market launch. Within six months, he was promoted from Title and Environmental Due Diligence Coordinator to the MLA Co-Location Supervisor. Upon completion of the Chicago launch, Adam earned the Real Estate and Zoning Supervisor position for the Cincinnati market. In this role, he led his team in transitioning 268 sites from CDMA to GSM technology. Later, Adam joined the regional site development team of T-Mobile in Chicago. His market responsibilities included Minneapolis, Des Moines, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Omaha, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland. In late 2004, Adam was named the Site Development Manager for the New York City market. Within a two year period, he managed the site development of 521 capacity sites and 1,023 UMTS upgrades. Adam's experience on the carrier side allows him to provide valuable perspective to all clients on how to quickly achieve their project objectives.
Adam graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor's degree in English. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. Adam donates his time as a Junior Achievement Teacher at a local Chicago High School.

Jonathan D. Haley
Co-founder and Managing Director
Jonathan Haley brings extensive experience in land acquisition and wireless site development. As Managing Director of NTP Wireless, Jonathan oversees strategic initiatives and corporate planning of NTP Wireless.
During his 10 year wireless telecom career, Jonathan led site development initiatives for T-Mobile and served in several managerial capacities, including Real Estate and Zoning Manger for T-Mobile's Atlanta market. He supported successful market launches in both Chicago and Cleveland, delivering 898 sites and contributed to the development and delivery of wireless telecommunication facilities in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indian, Ohio, Georgia, South Carolina, Michigan, Alabama, and Tennessee. Prior to co-founding NTP Wireless in 2007, Jonathan served as the lead in land acquisition for Toll Brothers City Living, the urban development division of Toll Brothers, Inc.
Jonathan has co-authored several publications regarding family owned firms and business strategy, most notably, "Strategic Goals and Practices of Innovative Family Businesses." Journal of Small Business Management, 39(1): 50-59 and "A study of practice utilization in family businesses." Family Business Review, 11(2): 107-120. He also received a Competitive Research Award for "Family Business with a B: Characteristics, Priorities, and Performance of Family Firms," presented by the Baylor University Institute of Family Business and the National Federation of Independent Business. Jonathan is a guest speaker at the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Jonathan graduated Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame with an M.B.A and also holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Pacific Lutheran University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois, serving as the supervising broker for the firm. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, CCIM Institute, and Urban Land Institute.

Natalie Sherman
Director of Human Resources
Natalie Sherman joined NTP Wireless in 2009. She brings a diversified human resource expertise having led efforts in companies across size and industry. As Director of Human Resources, Natalie is responsible for managing all of NTP Wireless' Human Resource efforts. Adept at identifying personnel who fit the NTP Wireless culture, Natalie successfully facilitates the hiring of talented, motivated, and skilled industry professionals for NTP Wireless.
In 1995, Natalie began her career in Human Resources at Information Resources, Inc., later serving 6 years as the HR Director for Ogilvy and Mather. Prior to joining NTP Wireless, Natalie built the HR function for Dotomi, a startup internet marketing company.
Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Natalie is PHR certified by the Society in Human Resources Management. In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children.

Rich Kingston

Richard Kingston has had a successful 25-year career in the Telecommunication Industry. He began his career in 1983 as a sales representative at TMC, an AT&T long distance reseller. In 1993 Mr. Kingston joined the former founders of MFS to form American Communications Services Inc., a Competitive Access Provider (“CAP”), located in Oakbrook, Illinois. In 1994, Mr. Kingston became Vice President, General Manager for ACSI’s west region, which included Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Nevada. When Mr. Kingston left ACSI in 1997 it had grown to $60 million in annual revenues.
In July 1997 Mr. Kingston joined Nextlink Communications, a Competitive Local Exchange Company (“CLEC”), as President of the Midwest Division (which included Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota and Missouri). Mr. Kingston was the youngest Division President at the time at age 37. By 2000, the Midwest Division was generating revenues of over $200 million. In 2000, Mr. Kingston was asked and accepted the position of President of Nextlink Canada and was tasked with deploying hybrid fiber optic and wireless networks in the six largest cities in Canada.
In July of 2000 Mr. Kingston was recruited to become the President, COO of Burst Wireless, which eventually was renamed Monet Mobile Networks. Monet deployed the Qualcomm 1xEVDO wireless data technology in the United States. By late 2003 Monet had launched the first true 3G mobile data service in the world in 1.9 GHz spectrum in eight markets. In July 2004, Mr. Kingston became President, COO of Sparkplug Broadband. Sparkplug deployed mainly Motorola Canopy equipment to provide wireless broadband Internet service to the enterprise market. In 2004, Sparkplug launched service in Chicago and Nashville and by October 2005 annual revenues were approximately $2 million. Mr. Kingston left Sparkplug in October of 2005 to launch his own company.
In January of 2006 Mr. Kingston successfully negotiated and executed the purchase of the wireless network assets of Convergence Technologies, Inc. which included 13 tower sites, a data center and approximately 100 customers. In February 2006, Mr. Kingston re-launched the company as BOB, focusing on providing high speed, cost effective high quality Internet service to the small- to medium-sized enterprise segment.
NTP Wireless was very pleased to provide site acquisition and project management services for BOB's launch in Chicago and New York City. Mr. Kingston advises on business development and industry issues.

Michael Gilmartin, Esq.
Advisory Board
Partner, Chuhak and Tecson
Michael is a litigation attorney whose practice involves civil and commercial matters in both state and federal courts. He represents a variety of secured and unsecured lenders in workouts, commercial foreclosures, UCC matters and other banking or creditors rights-related litigation.
A former Cook County state's attorney, Michael has tried hundreds of cases to verdict through both bench and jury trials, having prosecuted crimes in the First and Sixth Municipal Districts, Domestic Violence Division and the Narcotics Prosecution Bureau. Michael has gained invaluable experience having previously worked for a prominent title insurance company, an Illinois law firm specializing in creditor rights, and a large, well-established financial institution.
Michael is a member of the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, including member of Commercial Banking and Bankruptcy Law Section, and Turnaround Management Association.
Michael advises NTP Wireless on general legal and risk management issues.
